Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

From using local suppliers for our herbs, to using beautiful natural ingredients, we are always searching for ways to produce our soap in more sustainable ways. We're proud to ethically source our ingredients, we don't wrap our soaps in plastic, just a simple paper wrap or in some cases just 'naked soap'! We believe in zero plastic and do not purchase plastic products. If you find plastic in our packing, we will have recycled this from deliveries made to us and ask that you also reuse this so to build a more sustainable future. In 2024 we moved towards palm free production.

Animal Testing

Animal testing on finished cosmetic products has been banned in the UK since 11 September 2004. Animal testing on ingredients or combinations of ingredients for cosmetics has been banned in the UK since March 11 2009. Kernow Soap confirm that to our knowledge none of the ingredients and products we supply have involved testing of any sort on animals. No testing on animals has been conducted at the initiative of our business or on our behalf.

Animal Welfare

The only animal product used in our soap range is honey. This is sourced from a local Cornish maker and is listed on the ingredients for easy identification.
